General Network Advice - User perspective
Unable to get a Network connection as internet connection lost.
If any users have trouble getting on Network as their IP lease has expired.
It is best to ask user to Re-boot their Laptop but there is another option that can be used below if this is not possible.
Alternatively
Load CMD from search bar
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
If this still fails contact IT Team - Infrastructure Wayne/Alex A or if not available as it is likely the Network has run out of IP's in the pool.

ADVISE KUIPER - DHCP Pool on DC1 and DC2 does not have IP addresses free, can they connect in a free up removing old leases
